Coalville, Utah - Excellent cow elk hunt on a private 3,000+ acre ranch with Dec - Jan 31 hunt dates. Lots of elk on the ranch with very little pressure and cow voucher is included so tag is guaranteed.
3 day hunt and you can camp on ranch or stay in nearby Coalville. Outfitter will describe how best to hunt the ranch if you are hunting unguided. If guided, outfitter will pick you up at the motel in Coalville and drive to ranch each day.

Always wondered what's it cost to ship that much elk meat back to NY ?? Any idea ? It's definitely part of the consideration when thinking about doing this

Hi, depends on the airline and I try to fly Southwest when possible as they offer 2 bags free up to 50lbs. As long as you debone it and freeze it ahead of time, you can probably get it into 2 big coolers to fly home. Or leave it with a local butcher to process and then 2 day ship it to you.
