2016 Texas Mule Deer
 

For all that have inquired about what will be available for the 2016 season I just now have confirmation and will include that information below.
Due to the limited availability they will be booked on a first come first serve basis and will only be held with a deposit.

Option 1: 18,000 acres in Culberson county south of Van Horn Texas with a portion of the ranch being mixed agriculture. Flat/mild terrain with a good road system, easy access. Existing Feeders in place with good water. We feed nearly year round. Low deer population but higher trophy quality. Looking for a group of 5 to 6 for a season lease at $3500per hunter for the Rifle Mule deer season. Ranch will continue to feed throughout the year but we do ask for assistance with a few pallets of protein and hunters are responsible for running there own cameras. Access outside of season will be allowed to scout, feed additionally, and learn the ranch. A 5,000 square foot lodge with 5 bedrooms that sleeps 6 is onsite and is available for an additional $1500 total for the season.

4 Day 2x1 guided hunt with meals and lodging $4,495.00 Per Hunter. 5 to 6 spots.

Bag Limit for Either: 1 Mature Mule deer Buck, 1 Javelina, and Predators. No other game.



Option 2: 6,000 acres in Culberson county north of Van Horn Texas with a small alfalfa field on the property. Also easy access with mild terrain and a good to fair road system. Good water. Good to fair deer population. A couple Feeders will be in place- hunters will be responsible for feed costs ( approx.. 3 pallets total per year). Looking for a group of 3 to 4 for a season lease at $3500 per hunter which will include a simple cabin so stay in that does have running water, electricity, and satellite TV. Outside the front door of cabin is a small pond where you can catch and release fish for Bass and Catfish. Access to the ranch outside of season will be allowed to scout, learn ranch, feed, run cameras- etc. If you provide the feed I will fill the feeders at no additional cost.

4 Day 2x1 guided hunt with meals and lodging $4,195.00 Per Hunter. 3 to 4 spots

Bag Limit for Either: 1 Mature mule deer Buck, 1 Javelina, and Predators.



These ranches will not be both season leased and booked for guided hunts, it will be either or.
