New Hunt Finding Service, anyone else used them?

A few buddies and I recently used this service to find us a new place to hunt.

Pretty easy, filled out a form, they came back with personaolized results. Full refund if they didn't find anything. They found us an lease in about 2 days. Looking to be an awesome spot.

Anyone else used them? I'll be using them again, but want to hear how they did for others. Able to find you spots?

Seems like an interesting concept. I'd be a little worried since there are no reviews out there and it's in its infancy. I think I'd need some more information on how they go about getting their leases. Are they just searching other leasing sites and charging a premium? I'd need a little more information. They just don't have that much on Illinois for me to know how good it is.
