From february 20th trough the end of july for all deer species , exept for the Pere david´s deer : from december up to the end of May .The rest of the species can be harvested all year around .

red stag 90 % , fallow deer 95 % , black buck 100 % , wild goat 100 % , Patagonian ram 100 % , mouflon 90 % , multi-horned sheep 95 % , wild boar 70 % , puma 70 % , pere david´s deer 95 % , alpine obex 70 % , capybara 95 % , and water búffalo 90 % .
