A basic overview of what we have:
• 2400 acres of irrigated land bordering the Coldwater river with specific portions flooded and fed for maximum duck populations
• 12 fully dressed 4 man dry blinds isolated from each other (blast away and never see another hunting group!)
• 2 40 acre fields for pigeon shoots, flight ducks, and dove hunting
• Three large (100 acre+) cypress oxbow lakes with fantastic bass and crappie fishing
• 400 acre deer hunting parcel in the adjoining hills with tripod stands, managed feed plots, deer cleaning shed, and 20 acre lake
• Cypress lodge with 5 full bedrooms and baths overlooking Twin Lakes
• Private 2 bedroom 1 bath cabin adjacent to main lodge
• Heated equipment barn with gas pump, cleaning bay, and stalls for gear and ATVs
• Storage building with locking bays for secure storage of gear and ATVs when not in use
• Full bar service, housekeeping, and meals included
