The hunt will take place at Rüppell Hunting in the North Western part of Namibia and associated concessions.



Included are:

* Hunting permits
* All soft drinks
* Trophy export permits
* Field preperation of trophies
* Hunting vehicle and related costs
* Services of a professional hunter, trackers and skinners
* 15% VAT on day tarrifs
* 1% Tourism levy
* Accommodation
* Meals and Laundry when on ranch
* 6 Beers per hunter per day
* Transfer to and from the hunting area to Husea Kutako International Airport



Not Included are:

* Additional trophy fees if any are taken
* Any alcoholic drinks
* Packing, dipping and shipping costs of trophies
* Taxidermy fees
* All air fares and related costs
* Personal costs
* Optional excursions
* Madels from Namibian Professional Hunters Association or any other such organisation
* International phone calls
* Insurance and medical costs
* Gratuities
* Accommodation/travel costs past hunting dates
* Accommodation costs on arrival/departure day if not leaving directly to/from hunting area. This is rather unlikely to happen.
* Import permits and fees required by any other country other than Namibia
