Ok, i've lowered my rates this year. You can get into my cabin which is totaly surrounded by national forest now for as low as $299 per hunter. That is a mid season week, 6 nights behind a locked forest service gate.

You can't get into a motel for that and even have a camp fire.

Ok I'll go as low as 199 per hunter per week (6 nights), 8 hunters.
