I AM NOT AN OUTFITTER WE ARE JUST 5 GUYS THAT LEASED THIS FARM FOR BOWHUNTING AND WE ARE NONRESIDENTS SO WE COULD ONLY CHOOSE ONE TYPE OF TAG SO WE PICKED BOW HUNTING. THE FARM WILL NOT BE HUNTED 10-15 DAYS BEFORE THE GUN SEASON AT ALL.WE ARE JUST LEASING THE GUN RIGHTS TO MAKE OUR LEASE A LITTLECHEAPER TO HUNT...The hunt is for 12 days which is the whole rifle season in Leavenworth co Kansas . Its a do it your self hunt i am only providing the land andalso you will have a 2 million $ insurace included in the price .Its in the northeast part of Kansas . It runs from Dec.2-13. We are taking only 3 hunters on the 452 acre farm for the entire 12 days. The farm consist of 330 acres of rolling hardwoods and creek bottoms and 120 acres of corn, soybeans, and alfalfa. It is also legal to bait in Kansas if you wish to do so. There will be a minimum 135” size limit on the racks.This is a trophy hunt not just a deer hunt. $500 fine if you harvest a smaller buck .This is done just to preserve the young bucks so we can have bigger ones the next year to hunt. $1800 per hunter or $5000 if you have 3 in your group.The left over tags that wasnt sold which was around 800 will go back on sale 1st come 1st serve basis on july 20. If you are interested in booking a hunt of a lifetime we require a non refundable deposit of half the total amount of your party.
