There are few things better than a spring turkey
hunt in the rolling plains of West Texas. Texas is
home to over 600,000 Rio Grande turkeys and we
hold an abundance of these animals. In return,
we have high success rates and liberal bag limits
with a lengthy spring season.
Guides take both guided and semi guided hunters
into the field well before daylight. Birds have been
roosting the night before, and hunters are dropped
off close to the roost areas. We hunt for approximately
4-5 hours then everyone is picked up and
taken back for lunch, then we hunt an additional 4-
5 hours in the afternoon. Most hunts consist of a
fair amount of walking and calling, trying to raise a
bird and setting up on him when the distance closes.
Because of the size of our property, we are
able to separate our hunters. They will have their
own pastures to hunt, separate from the other
hunters


The ranch is a place where people come to get away from
their hectic lives and settle down for a few days of relaxation, incredible
meals and thrilling activities. Here at the ranch, we offer modern
day lodging amenities while keeping the rustic and nostalgic feel of
ranch life.

offers some of the best waterfowl and dove hunting in the United
States. Furthermore, the canyons, cedar breaks and plains offer wild
hog, whitetail deer and free range aoudad sheep. This combination
affords our clients unparalleled big game hunting in Texas. If hunting
is not your forte, we offer many types of walking and riding trails
through endless miles of scenic canyons, beautiful spring fed creeks
and acres of grassland. On these trail rides, clients have the opportunity
to see exquisite wildlife, incredible landscapes, beautiful foliage
and breath taking star filled nights.

The Main Lodge has been renovated and modernized with
all of the latest amenities. It features central heating and
cooling, has 4 private bedrooms with bunk beds and a loft
with 3 beds and private balcony overlooking our hunting
fields. The lodge also has 3 bathrooms with showers, a
commercial kitchen with an executive chef and staff, BBQ
grill, fire pit, covered patio, volleyball court, rifle range, clay
pigeons range, Direct TV, large game room, bar, high-speed
wireless Internet service, modern projector, washer and
dryer and a large stone fireplace.
We also have 4 additional ranch houses to accommodate
hunters depending on their choice of activities.
