Excellent Duck Hunting on 80ac Private Lake
 

We are offering a $300 group rate. This is a private 80ac lake with good cover and loaded with ducks. This lake is easy to access and has not been hunted yet this year. We are located just north of Mt Vernon, TX (northeast). There are good restaurants and hotels 9 miles from site.
