Hunting Opportunity
 

I live on my family’s farm
In Central Minnesota. I am 41 years old and I am raising
My family on my father's farm. I moved to his farm after
He died in 2000. We rent part of it out for other crops so
We can pay the taxes and insurance but still assure the land will
Remain ours for my kids someday. Both my wife and I work full
Time jobs off of the farm. I keep a few cows for a hobby so
My kids have some chores. We have planted approximately
30,000 seedlings on our land since we moved back there.
(that was just a little background).
Our land has the opportunity to become a great whitetail
Hunting area. We have 1,800 acres available to work with,
Plus there is a 450 acre and a 150 acre parcels for sale
Adjoining our land. We harvest approximately 22 deer on
Our land each year. We realize though, that with some
Investment, the potential could be unbelievable. We have
Seen it occur approximately 20 miles west of our place

I have the land, and I am willing to make the time necessary
To make our area into a hunting paradise, but obviously I
Am lacking the money to make it all happen.
I am wondering, are there people looking to invest in
A situation like mine, in exchange for some great hunting
Opportunities?
In our area, bow hunting runs from about Sept 15th until
December 31st. Rifle hunting occurs in November for 9 days
And muzzleloader runs for 16 days.

Second Option to Consider…
There would be the potential for a variety of farming

Whitetail deer hunting, a private get away location
With no publicity for as long as they would like,
Snowmobiling, 4 wheeling, canoeing, fishing and many
Other possibilities.

Land adjoining our land that is for sale right now
That would offer many possibilities to the right
Person looking for a private getaway place located in
Central Minnesota. My sister has a log cabin on a lake
That would be available for someone interested in staying
For any amount of time.
