Haven't been on the boards for quite a while, had to get my butt kicked in the deer woods for a few months.

Anyways, I'm looking for tips recommendations on any hunts in AL, MS, GA, LA (TXRios' - I know there are tons but looking for a good reco)to get me going in the month of March.

I know that there are public land hunters out there, private land hunts out thereand those that pay to go to private (adnd sometimes public!) land.

I'm interested in getting reco's from folks that have gone on a paid hunt in one of these states. I've been to many states so far and try to add a few each year. I'm looking more for a nice place to hunt more DIY, access to the land,versus a fancy lodge with 3 meals a day etc. but will consider both.

Please drop me a PM if you have a decent reco for me. If anyone is thinking about KY or OK I have a good contact or two.

Considering going Mid-march we are only looking at 12 weeks till the spring season!!! YEE HA!!
