Oklahoma Quail Lease Available
Primarily an outstanding quail hunting property with bobwhite quail and blue quail populating this 8580 sagebrush acres that is located just 8 miles south of Kansas border in the Oklahoma Panhandle. All of the property is contiguous and has ranch roads going throughout the property. Property is very remote with no access except through the landowners property. Landowner has quail feeders set up throughout the property and keeps them full year round. This property has no timber cover but still has whitetails, mule deer, and pronghorn antelope. Landowner will apply for the antelope tags and if successful in the drawing will pass them on to the lessee of the property. There is about 1000 acres of CRP land on the east end of the ranch.A hunting cabin is provided as well on the lease. Property has been quail hunted prior to last year by the same group for over 15 years, due to group splitting up, property was not leased last year, and therefore was not hunted. This is a very beautiful and excellent peice of hunting ground.
