Canada Bear Hunt
 

Looking for an outfitter that can provide services for 4 hunters from the states. We want to either grizzly or black bear rifle hunt. Please make some recommendations for me and my buds. Thanks.

BEAR LAKE OUTFITTERS – BRITISH COLUMBIA
Our black bears do very well in the area due to the excellent food supply. Heavy timber provides an ideal sanctuary so the bears grow to trophy sizes. Most black bears taken measure 6 foot plus with about 25% taken 7 foot plus and the skull sizes vary from approx. 18" - 21". The success rate is usually 100%.[/b]
Black Bear Hunting Dates[/b]:
Spring: 7 day hunts
May until June, please inquire.
Hunting Prices: (+6.0% tax)
for 2 Hunters and 1 Guide $US 3150.00 (each hunter)
for 1 Hunter and 1 Guide $US 4300.00
You may take a Wolf for an extra
trophy fee of $US 250.00
You may take a second bear for an extra trophy fee of $US 1250.00 (of which 40% is due prior to the hunt and is non refundable).
Wolf is on an opportunity basis while hunting bear. Once the bear is taken your hunt is effectively over.
A wounded animal and not retrieved is considered a kill and the trophy fee is payable.
Deposit: required to confirm a hunt.
2 Hunters and 1 Guide $US 1300.00
1 Hunter and 1 Guide $US 1700.00

A non-hunting companion is $US 175.00 per day
Our prices include transportation from/to Prince George, lodging in our camps, guide service, all meals and beverages, except alcohol and soft drinks.
Grizzlies - Due to the excellent vegetation in the area, the grizzly bears do very well and grow to an impressive size. This is probably one of the best areas world wide for interior grizzlies. Our area has produced a lot of record book grizzly bears over the past years. We take grizzlies from 7 1/2 foot to 10 foot, with skulls up to 26".

Grizzly Hunting Prices: (+6.0% tax)
for 1 Hunter and 1 Guide
Base Price $US 9500.00 + trophy fee for
Grizzly Bear $US 5500.00
Fall: +trophy fee for Moose $US 1500.00

Well, we don't have grizzlies here but we have plenty of black bears. Our success rate runs around 90% on an average. A one week hunt is $900.00 US per hunter. Info and contact information is at our website.

Established Black Bear fly-in camp in northern Alberta. Two bear zone with a $550 usd trophy fee on second bear. Bears averaging six foot squared with some as large a seven and a half foot squared. 35% color bears. Camp has great cook. $2750.00/hunter. Just a real fun hunt with lots of bears.
