The price is understood.It just knocked me for a loop because prime farmland here in Richland County sells for that price. Deer woods would go for 1100 to 1500. But, you do include a cabin (that like i said is hopefully a nice one), so that makes things a bit better, and hunting land may be more in demand in your county. If you can get that price, then more power to you.
