Tri County Outdoors has leased a prime piece of land in the heart of Kansas. The 875 acre tract is in the northeast corner of Kansas, Pottawatomie County, Unit 9. The current owners have been generous enough to apply for 6 archery tags. This means that we can guarantee a party of six, a coveted Kansas Archery Tag. All we will have to do is a transfer. The land includes over 500 acres of timber with spring fed streams and deep ravines for the type of habitat that will hold exceptional whitetails! There is also some row crops on the property that will offer great food sources. We are looking for 6 individuals to come for a 14 Day, unguided hunting adventure. Maps, Stands and our advice on where to hunt will be provided. Ladder Stands will already in place and ready to hunt. The price for a guaranteed 2 week,hunt of your choice in Kansas during the peak of the rut will only be $2500. That price includes your tag, stands, general overview of the property and guidelines to follow. If you are tired of trying to draw for tags and want a great week of hunting, this is for you. How long have you managed this property yourself.If stands are already in place who does it?I have asked about a few of you post and have had no replies.Please reply to this post.I have heard these properties are all new leases you have just got,Kansas as well as Illinois.

I don't think the "transferable" landowner tags are guaranteed. I thought they entered the draw just like all other NR's. Might want to clear this up.

Also, where is the closest place for lodging and food. How far is it from the hunting ground?

You are correct Split. the tags are not guarenteed. But i wouldnt do anything until we had so many tags secured. The nearest town is Holton, Kansas. about 16 miles from hunting site. They have hotels, casinos, etc.... I sent you a personal mesagge. Again, this hunt will not be sold until i know EXACTLY how many tags are secured. Thanks for pointing that out Split

Hello, is the $2,250 per person or for the party? Also is the property hunted in the early MZ season or will the archers be first to use the area this fall? Good looking land btw.
