The topic is open again. There have been a lot of strong opinions with good suggestions and your points made. FWIW, the only 2 people who have a good understanding of what actually happened are the OP and the outfitter. They are also the only 2 people who can resolve this problem. Hopefully they are able to resolve it but that's up to them, not other members here.

Nobody is falling for this crap anymore. There are so many pissed off hunters that you ripped off that the internet is now littered with bad reviews. I continue to get contacted by guys that were also screwed. Most recently I'v been updated on the status of the court proceedings. (regarding the colorado hunt) DO NOT BOOK ANY HUNTS WITH THIS CLOWN. contact the outfitter yourself and keep Rich out of it.
