Leupold came thru!!!!!!!!
On 2/7/05 I told this forum I would get back to you on what Leupold did for me when I accidently slipped on some ice super bowl AM and bent the objective end of my 30 year old M8 - 6X Leupold.
They sent me a new M8-6X.........they voided my $15 check I had sent for postage and handling............all under warrenty..... It does not much better than that.......thanks Leupold! |

I fell and broke my 10x gold rings in half send them back and they sent me abill for a new pair. I paid it and got a lower quality pair back. What would you do?

I would proably get their service phone number off the Leupold Website and call them direct. Explain your situation in a calm and professioal way and plainly ask them if they can help you out.
Have all the model numbers and particulars ready when you call. Good luck! |
