Indian Creek customer service

I was looking at my new Indian Creek turkey tube the other day and noticed that it had split from one of the ports all the way to the end of the choke. I hadn't heard of that happening to anyone else so I'm guessing it was a fluke. I called the guys at IC and, with no questions asked, he hurried off the phone and went to put a new one in the mail for me. That was Thursday at about 4 in the afternoon, and I got my new one in the mail yesterday (Saturday). The choke got here in time to help me take a nice bird this morning. They told me to get the other sent back when I got a chance.

IC's chokes are awesome with Hevi-13 loads, just like they claim. Combine that with their speedy and friendly customer service and I'm very pleased with the company. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Not so much of a fluke. I had the exact same experience as you. Choke for my BPS had a crack from one of the ends of the ports to the end of the choke. Called them and they sent me one right away. Great customer service and performance. I don't think the cracks are common but not unheard of either.
