Not sure about your question, Can you lift your bow with it? Do you mean can you lift it with a pull up stra up into your treestand? Yes, do you mean lift it to shoot, NO you canot shoot with it on the bow. You would have to take it off to shoot the bow. It is designed to be used to carry your bow into the woods to your stand or while hiking, like in the mountains so your hands are free, to be used for climbing or walking. It is designed to protect your bow, the cams and string with all of it's attachments. I hope tis answers your question.
