Camera Tree Arm

I have one HunterCamCradle "Pro" Treearm. I've only used it once. I've applied Realtree Camo to the arm as well. The arm is rated for video equipment at 11lbs max. It includes the arm with Manfrotto head, extender arm, and screw in T-bolt for application to tree.Pictures include everything listed. "Sold Pending Payment"

You can check out their website at www.huntercamcradle.com

The arm that is shown above is not what HunterCam Cradle is selling as the Pro model now. The arm above is now the HD version.

I have never used the Superarm but I believe that the disk system they use in joing the two arms is patented but not by them!

What stupid question did I ask GREG? All I asked is fi it was paint or tape, as I had someone that was interested in buying it...

So, does that mean that Dillon Outdoors shouldn't be able to use that joining system because it's patented by someone else?
Generally the way that a patent works is that the company who has the patent owns the rights to that design. They may choose to allow others to use it for a fee or free that is their discretion.
