this is like brand new,bought back in may,you are covered by there lifetime warranty, you do not have to be the original ownwer,no quetions asked,thats there policy....
this is a alwsome scope i just found a good deal on a zeiss and thats why im trying to sell,its compared to the leupold vii sreies,and i have compared and there is not diff at all..
