smith-wesson performance optics

I have a question, just bought the smith-wesson optics 10x42 with rainshield at what I thought was a good price. I can't seem to find any info on them. the seem to be very good. Can anyone tell me about them.

doesnt bushnell offer rainguard? i wonder if they make them for smith and wesson?
