Super Slings

Let me try and phrase this right to stay in the right context of this forum. I bought a Super Sling 1" wide last season and after using it for a season gave it to my son-in-law. Too many straps to get in the way when climbing a tree. They advertize you can change the length in seconds...and thats true, but I personally feel they are a pain in the @#$$. Has anyone else had problems with this type of sling?

I have one on my .22 and it has worked great for me. My uncle has one on his 30/06 and his has always worked good for him as well.
