Basically a box, 4 walls a floor and a roof. I bought plans from this site. http://www.deerblindplans.com/
Built it at home and took it back apart and brought to woods. Pretty simple to make.

Build the frame out of something sturdy, like 2x4's. A good frame will allow you to move the blind around without it collapsing under its own weight. Then cover the blind in treated plywood. Particle board is cheaper, but it doesn't last as long in the elements. I have seen a blind made out of only particle board, no frame or anything, but it didn't last. Texas weather tore it to pieces when we had a thunderstorm. The particle board was already brittle from the elements, then a round of high winds and baseball sized hail polished it off.

North texan i have used both plywood and OSB and have found that if you paint the OSB with a good paint they will last for years.

i have one i just did a little work on thats 11years old. i buy mis tint paint at lowes or home depot for anywhere from 3 to 5 bucks. it seals the osb and protects it.

i will try and take some pictures of a few of mine. i say just be creative . my 14 year old loves building them. one problem though ........if you build them complety at your house you better have a way to get them where you are going. they get very heavy if you build them right. i use my tractor and trailer or carry all to get them in place.
