Binoculars

Looking for some new Binoculars. Under $100 would be nice.

Looked at Bushnell 4x21 Extra Wide today for $99, then found then at binoculars.com for 65.

Also looked at a pair of Brunton's for 80 at Dicks, 4x20 I think?

I saw Wal-Mart had a pair of Luepold's in the glass case marked at $99, going to check them out tomarrow.

Any ideas? I like the mid size. The compact are too hard to hold, and the Big are just too big. What should I look for?

RE: Binoculars

Man this is an issue I am still lamenting. Two years ago I paid 299.00 for a pair of B & L 10x42. Water proof, fog proof, adjustable eye caps etc. They are the worst binos I ever owned. They are now seeing double, never been fog proof and to top it off, I saw the same pair at the store where I purchased them for 99.00. I recently was told that B & L is no longer in business. I have such a bad taste in my mouth, that now I feel anything other then a 1700.00 pair of swarovski's is throwing money away. I'm not convinced that a 300.00 pair is going to cut it.
