RE: burris scope

I can't speak for the Burris rifle scopes. But I do have a couple of the Nikon Buckmasters and they've served me well. They're clear, bright and have stood up to whatever I've put them through.

RE: burris scope

I have a Burris FFII. Its a great scope other than one problem I had. The first time I hunted with it in the rain it totally fogged up inside. It cost me a nice fat doe. I immediately sent it back to Burris. Figured I'd see how their warranty worked. It took them 8 weeks to repair my scope. I was very upset because I've had warranty work done on Leupolds and it took about 2 weeks tops. Burris does stand behind their products and as I said this is a very good scope. Two years since the fogup and no trouble. If Burris could just speed up their repairs. I'm going to buy another scope soon and Burris is in the running. Even Cadilacs have a flat now and then.
