I'm looking for a new GPS. I currently have a Garmin Oregon 650t, but would like one with a larger screen.. I pretty much just use it for identifying landownership (I have the program for OnXmaps)... Any suggestions on something will a larger screen?

Maybe another Garmin with a larger screen? They make solid units.

I use my Android phone and OnXmaps app.

That allows you to expand the screen far more for detail.

THIS. I almost hate to even share the tip it's so good. You can even download your hunt area from a WiFi source, so if you don't have service or don't want to use your data it will still work.

Just for mapping, OnX works great, but two is one and one is none, and I prefer to have means to communicate wherever I might find myself. So I use OnX on my phone and a Garmin GPSMaps 66i which came out last year. There are newer models with larger screens, but mine works great.
