Very inovated wingbone. Before I bought a viper I had a different climber. I cut a 2x4 the appropriate height. knotched on side to fit the rail, then took a piece of heavy gauge strip of alum. or stainless and bent it like a u, drilled a hole through the bottom and attatched it to the 2x4 with a brass washer on both sideds and a lock washer on top using a brass screw. This allowed Swiveling, then I lined it with a foam strip as to not mar the gun. I also drilled a hole to attatch a cord. I made many and left them in the trees I hunted. But I was young and inventive . Then when I bought the viper I got the gun swivel acessory. Good luck. I'm sure you'll come up with something. Ps the 2x's were pressure treated and lasted for years, some are still hanging in the trees as I used treated cord that we used to set line with. Those 2 cod on the left go 55+60 lbs respectedly.
