Best camcorder for filming hunts on a budget
My buddies and I have been filming and editing our hunts since last fall. We've been doing this all with just two cheaper HD cameras (not the high end cameras the pros use) and we'd like to purchase a third. However, we are all college students at the mercy of the new state budget cuts in PA and money is tight. We want an HD cam that performs well but also fits our budget (still being debated). Does anybody have any suggestions to help us out? Websites that have huge savings? Or even cameras that are good quality at low MSRP? ANY input will help and be highly appreciated!! Thanks!!

Got the same kodak camera for my kids. $65 at Best buy. Great camera and quality HD video plus its supposed to be waterproof(the white one). Only negative for filming is that you can't change the battery in the field, its built in so you need to recharge the whole thing which could be a pain. But at that price you can buy two or even three for less than the price of a specialty video camera.

You can try out the small Kodak Playfull. Bought one in 2011 at $65 (just can't remember where), but up to now, it is still a very nifty cam that I bring with me in hunts. The screen is a bit small though. But for the price and quality, it's a good one.
