new cheap rangefinders?
i was just wondering about peoples experiences with the latest rangefinders ive been seeing, Dicks has some that are $70 after rebate, things like that. I really dont care about one with the built in angle compensator, id just like to use it for flatland ranging to targets from 0 to maybe 400 yards.

well I just bought my son the wildgame inovations one from dicks for 149.00 marked down from 199.00 no rebates or anything. I was looking at the one for 70 and to tell you the truth i felt good getting the better one. the one for 70 doesn't come with a battery and they dont sell them there. the one for 149 came with a battery and has the angle compensator on it. it might be a good one but for a few bucks more you can have a better one. Plus, i used a $20 coupon so it really only cost me 129.00
