I live in Michigan also. Check out meijers and Walmart after season. The discount all their gear. I got the basic light pants, long sleeve t, long sleeve mesh turtle neck and gloves for 23 full set in realtree ap last year. Got a 200 gram thinsulate scentlok goretex coat for 20 bucks. I saw an entire scentlok outfit for 100 bucks last year in the vertigo pattern. good stuff for cheap. Also accessories like calls, scent free products, ect.

And yes, Sierra has good deals if you watch for their sales.

Thrift stores are very good for finding items like wool sweaters, fleece, down and the like for little. Just bought a rain/ski shell jacket at a local thrift store. Guessing it retailed for about $200. Picked it up for $7.00. I found REI's last years model gloves listed for 65.00 for 15.00. Doing a little internet shopping for bigger ticket items like snow shoes can save you as well. As mention Sportsmen Guide and Sierra Trading Post can be good.

I ususally go to Cabelas when I am in Saint Louis. or www.wingsupply.com. I am not a huge fan of Bass Pro, I feel they don't have enough of a choice and their products are usually more expensive.
