Reseached it some, a few years ago
Didn't use them, as I got the smoky smell out of a vehicle with some homemade "scent killer". Saved some $1500.
But I found out that motel/hotels used those ozone machines to get rid of the smell and smoke in rooms. A tool rental place had a unit for rental. Rental price was reasonable, as I recall.

Now you must be talking about a commercial unit. I have seen different ozone generators advertised that have a hose that you could put in a big tub or closet. I have seen these from 100 to 500 dollars. My question is are these gimmicks? Seems like a good system.

Might try washing the clothes in baking soda. I use a 1lb box to a load of my hunting clothes.
Its cheap and effective, and baking soda certainly doesn't leave any residual smells.
Cheapest "no scent" wash technique I know of and if it doesn't work, you've only lost about $.75
Good luck.
