ATV Tracks

I got a new set of Camoplast Tatou 4s tracks for my Yamaha Grizzley about a month ago, I got them for hunting lions in the snow, did alot of research and decided $4000 for them was cheaper than buying a new snowmobile. These things are absolutely amazing!!! They will go places that I never thought was possible, even for a snowmobile, they are not very fast but plenty fast enough for what I am using them for, going to my hounds when they tree. Best money that I have spent in awhile.

Hey thanks I wondered about them.

I have a Cedar swamp and figured the best thing for me for a ATV or UTV was a track model. That way I could also icefish too. I don't give a rip about speed.

Also be nice to know how long they last

I will keep you updated on how they last, I am really hard on equipment, if they can be tore up i can do it. LOL.
Here are som pictures of it.

When they first came out with the older ones were really heavy and they had problems with the rollers, now they have them perfected, they are way lighter and have sealed bearings throughout. The total price was $4100, installed and out the door.

How easy will it be to change from the track to the wheel and back again?

They unbolt and change out just like changing your tires. It takes no time at all to switch out.

Those things look awesome. Can you only run them in snow?

No, they have all terrain and snow tracks. I have the all terrain on mine, they work awesome in the snow as well as mud and dirt.
