I now have a pair of Wolverines that are in their 2nd season so I will see how well they hold up.

my favorite pair of rockys fell apart after a 4 or 5 years of hunting use too (the sole), but they were one of the most comfortable pairs of boots id ever worn. I wear danners now but next time i need boots id look at rockys again, for the price and the comfort ill overlook the shorter life span or try getting them resoled.

I bought ROCKYS for years and they just dont seem to hold up for too long (couple years) but they are priced right. This year I bought a pair of Cabellas brand boots cause I could get them in a 4 E width, very comfy from day one and now with snow on the ground I wear them everyday, so far happy as a pig in you know what!
