Ameristep customer service (5 stars)
I want to put a post up regarding the great customer service I recieved from ameristep regarding an issue I had with a seat I recently purchased.
Although I would have preferred the seat to have not had any problems, the customer service rep was easy to get in touch with (real person by phone, no hold time) and resolved the issue quickly.
