problems with t3

I bought a pack of t3 broadheads and took them out of the package and screwed them in to my arrows they got about 3/4 of the way in and got really hard to screw in. I took it out and screwed in a field point and it did the same thing. I unscrewed the field point and the threads were all screwed up. So the t3 broadhead messed up my insert. I tried another arrow and another broadhead and they did the same thing. I was wondering if anybody else has had any problems. I shoot carbon express maxima arrows.
