Is there a book out there on how to debone or bone out big game? If so what is the name and where can i get it? Any answer is better than what i have,thanks.

None of the following deal with boning out as a subject but that is easily done after the basc field dresing and butchering is completed. Here are three sources of instruction.

As to where I don' t remmember off hand, the video can be had by contacting the Cabelas (they may have the one of the books as well) or the CDOW. I bought these books through some resturant supply houses online.

I recently bought a video that is very good. It is called " Solutions For Cutting Meat" , I beleive there is a book also.
