I agree with Vahuntr. I have only used one other brand other than my Summit Viper and WOW is there a difference. I went with the less expensive brand the first time and I am so glad I spent the money on the Summit.
Comfort is definitely the key, and you feel very secure in it. Its a well built stand, light, durable, and the company is great.

I've used all and used to sell them as well, and summit is fantastic, but they are quite expensive.
if you are purely looking for functionality and are on a budget, I wouldn't go with summit.
But i do own a summit goliath. Geez is it comfortable.
