Outdoor Edge Game Processor Butcher Kit
 

For those of you that have this kit, what do you think of it? I've only had mine for a couple days and have only used the fork, the butcher knife, and the cutting board. So far so good. My only complaint is that I put thoseitems in the dishwasher and the butcher knife now has a few rust spots on it.

These are quality knives, keep them out of the dishwasher. Knife steel is a compromise between edge sharpness and retention versus the ability to resist rust. Always wash and dry you knives by hand.

Can't speak to the set but have the pocket lite folder and carry it daily. Haven't used it on game yet but bought it on a friend's recommendation after having field dressed 5 elk with it.

Thanks for the tip! I'll make sure I don't put them in the dishwasher anymore.
