ORIGINAL: dryflycaster I am looking for a source for Mens Size 12 or so 100% Wool Socks that are Gray with a Red top. No wool blends or single solid colors the Red top can be solid or a couple of stripes. Does anyone know of a source where I might pickup a couple of pairs? Thanks! Bob |

Good luck in your search. I checked their web site yesterday but I couldn't find any. These socks are for a friend that wants a pair of socks like he had in the days past. Thanks for looking! |

ORIGINAL: salukipv1 carhardtt make some that are near 100%, I think 88%. They're the most I could find. great socks....all i wear all winter. a little spendy ( $11-$15 per pair) but worth it. you can tell the differnace with the higher % woll socks as opposed to the cheaper ones with 15-20% |

Fox River Ski Socks are my favorite wool socks. I got them from REI several years ago. I'm actually wearing a pair today, since we have a draft in the building.
