I love mine, it pulls up nice and just feel's good. It's also a shooter. I have a .223 and .50 so far.

I just bought a Pro Hunter with a muzzleloader barrella couple of weeks ago for $620.00, but have not shot it yet. I bought a 25-06 barrell for it this last week and shot it today and I really like it.

Let me know how that 25-06 groups, I am thinking about buying that barrel. What grain bullets are you shooting out of it?

I just purchased one in .308 cal. Have not shot it yet, but how is the recoil in the prohunter versus a bolt action. I plan on letting my wife shoot this one. They say it is 43% less recoil was wonderig if this is true.

Thanks

While I'm sure it reduces felt recoil by quite a bit, actual recoil won't be reduced by as much but the only thing we're concerned with is felt recoil. I'm curious to know as well as I have encore but not pro hunter setup.

Hey double-lung, it shoots alot better than I can hold it. I put 6 shots inside a3 inch circle at 100 yds free handed. I bet it could do better if I had a Lead Sled or something like that. I am shooting Hornaday Custom117 grain BTSP Interlock. I also have 3x9x40 Nikon Buckmaster scope on it with Leopold rings and base on it.
