what are some odd weird things said to attract deer?

Read a story one time about a guy dowsing himself in cologne. He claimed it was a curiosity scent. I also have a buddy who pees in scrapes and swears it gets bucks fired up. Don't think I'll be trying either one, but to each they're own.

I've heard of peanut butter, vanilla extract, cotton candy....there's more out there.

I also know a guy who swears by pi$$in' in a scrape. Must do a number, he's got the wall mounts to prove it.

My brother has brought more than his share of nice bucks in during the heart of the rut with Myles Keller's "doe-in-heat" gel. And I think he's still using the same tube from about 6 or 7 years ago. That cologne idea seems a bit far fetched, but who knows. Funny that there's millioms of dollars every year spent by guys trying to eliminate ANY human scent, and the next guy's dousing himself in Calvin Klein....WTF
