I am not sure what your primary reason for obtaining the battery operated gloves are, but there are NO good battery operated gloves out there. the batteries are heavy, do not last long in cold weather (normally about four hours) and are a complete waste of time and money. my two choices would be a good mitten in which you can throw in a chemical handwarmer or pouch that you carry around your waist to slip your hands into, you can also throw a chemical handwarmer inside for more heat, cabaleas has one called " the Roo Handwarmer" for 25 bucks.
