Gorilla Pro-Series Grey Back Deluxe Hunter Climbing Treestand ?
#1

I'm studying pretty hard on getting one of these stands. Has anyone had an experience with this climber? It comes with several extras and looks good in pictures. I cannot find anyone around here, NW Florida, that has any to look at up close. I have looked at the Summits and yesterday looked at a Cougar Claw. That was a really nice stand, but for the price the Gorilla looks appealing.

Save some money and get it from www.bowhunterssuperstore.comits only 199.95, thats where Im getting mine. My BIL in ohio has one and I tried it last year to take down my hang-on. It has a rubberized coating to stop noise and was extremely comfortable. I only had to climb about 12feet up to get my stand but it was stable and easy enough to climb without a harness (will always were one when hunting or in the future) that I didnt feel nervous at all.
I know gander mountain had the next lower model if you have a store by you to check it out, its pretty similar without the gun/foot rest bar.

Try checking out some of your local wal-marts. They sometimes have their stands for really cheap. I picked up and older style greyback for only 70 bucks about two years ago.
