I also have the Danner Jackyl's. $60 bucks at Bass Pro, I agree ugly boots, but man are they comfy!

I have the Danner Pronghorns uninsulated and love them. Theyfeel just like tennis shoes in the woods. I am very picky of what boots I wear and I love the Danner boots. I also wear a similiar pair to work everyday. I usually go through a set a year, I wear them so much

I was shopping for new boots 2yrs ago. For bird htng, tried on a pair of red wings at Jay's in gaylord,Mi. They felt great! the sales girl said to try on a pair of Danner Pronghorns, so I did. Talk about Happy Feet!!m I Love themGore tex uninsulated, $$ but worth it!!
