Same as most other rubber boots. Time and wear.

Wear them for a day or two when it is warm without socks. Believe me the glue smell will go away.:D

Thats what I am afraid of ;) SInce they have a padded interior I was wondering if just plain soap and water would hurt it or not. Or maybe use some of this carbon crap out there

Time and wear... I usually fill my w/ baking soda during the off season.
