I have had the complete Case Kitchen Knife Set for 25+ years with no regrets. My animal skinning knife is a CutCo that my wife bought me in 1970. Also have K-Bar, Shrade and Buck. Most of my knives are from the 60's and 70's.

Rebel my main and favorite hunting knife is an old Schrade lockback. It has the brass like tab for the blade stop. Takes and keeps an edge really well. The rest of mine are bucks and cases with a couple of kershaws.
