Cuddeback NoFlash or Expert?

Anybody tried the new no flash or expert from Cuddeback? I have been hearing there are some problems with them. Any info would be great, thanks!

I have the older 3.0 MP version of the Expert and it has been trouble free. Picture quality and battery lifeare great.

I sent my IR back, The case leaked, redesign is terrible, the batteries fall out. I have three of the older models and love them. I feel they really dropped the ball when they changed the unit. It's just an example of "if it aint broke, don't fix it".
