RE: Equalizer Treestand
I recievedEqualizer treestand this afternoonand am planning on putting it together tonight and trying it out tomorrow after work.
The tree in myback yard that I practice out ofIcan only get up to 22 feet with my summit viper. Hopefully I can get up 28 to 30 feet with this stand. |
RE: Equalizer Treestand
I also liked the adjustability idea. I ended up purchasing a northwoods treecat archer. It is also adjustable.

RE: Equalizer Treestand
I finally had a chance to try my equalizer treestand out today.
It is very easy to pack and carry, I will need to try it on with my huntingcoat as the straps seemshort. It is easier and quieter to attach to the tree than my viper. Once up and adjusted I was a little uneasy about sitting above the stand in the equalizer (no dozing off in this stand) I guess it will take some time to get used to. I like theversatility of being able to change the seat to different sitting positions, even after you have finished climbing. The stand is solid as a rockand would notbudge once locked in. I hope to take the stand to my lease in the next couple of weeks, so i can climb some of my favorite trees and see how much higher I can go than before. |
